The reliable PlanOn automatic welder has a newly designed hem welding accessory. The hem welding guide allows the simple and easy production of hems in the tarpaulin and advertising banner industry. The hem guide folds the material over into a welding position as the machine automatically rolls forward, allowing the blower heat and pressure wheel to create a consistent, strong hem along the edge of the material. This feature makes it an amazing roof welder and plastic welding tool. Additionally, with this new design of the hem kit, you can also attach a keeder kit to the welder to add ropes in your hems. Hem guides are available for 20, 30, and 40mm hems and can be simply attached to the PlanOn automatic welding machine.

This plastic welder is BAK’s smallest automatic welding machine for hot air welding of all thermoplastic materials and is great for PVC welding too.
