Exon line is BAK’s solution to Hand welding extruders.
The Exon 3A is a single phase handheld extruder that comes with a digital display to adjust temperature, and it can handle a single reel of LDP/HDP material for plastic extrusion.

- Main screw and cylinder barrel is made of tempered steel.
- Thermocouple is placed inside the barrel that guarantees the perfect temperature.
- Cold start protection mechanism.
- Integrated thermo-blocker protects drive mechanism from heating effect.
